I was thinking that the product description was lacking by saying it recirculates water and ice. Well, it turns out to be one of the better written product descriptions; it recirculates water through the ice and is extremely noisy doing so.
This unit does not have any form of electric chiller mechanism and solely relies on the ice; to recirculate over and over again.
